Stay Informed! Sign-Up for RAVE Mobile Safety Alerts 

The City of Mound is changing from CodeRED to RAVE MOBILE SAFETY to send EMERGENCY and GENERAL notifications to keep citizens informed. RAVE is a web-based system which allows authorized officials from the City the ability to quickly reach citizens, by geographically-based delivery of telephone calls, E-mails, and text messaging. Residents and businesses within the City of Mound are encouraged to create their own RAVE account, to add or remove numbers and E-mail addresses they want the City to use for messaging.

There is no charge to register for or use RAVE and your personal information will be kept confidential. Registering for RAVE is quick and easy:

  • Sign-up for RAVE online, by clicking HERE to create a free safety profile and set preferences
  • TEXT 'START' to 226787 or 77295
  • TEXT 'STOP' to stop receiving emergency alerts
  • TEXT 'HELP' for tech support
