Cemetery

The Mound Union Cemetery is located at 6410 County Road 110 West. 

There are currently no new grave sites available for purchase.  We are only processing interments in grave plots purchased before need. 

CEMETERY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS REQUIRED

For the mowing months of May through October, the City requires a maintenance agreement to be in place for memorials other than the grave stone. 

This is to facilitate efficient mowing -- memorials need to be moved around which adds time to the process. It is also a way to know the memorials that are there are being maintained and tended to by the owner.

It should be noted memorials are allowed 10 days before and after Memorial Day each year without a maintenance agreement.
