Applications are only accepted during the months of January and February.

CURRENT DOCK/SLIP HOLDER APPLICANTS

Non-Abutting (inland) resident dock sites
Applications must be completed and either submitted to City Hall or US Post Office postmarked by the last day in February. Applications not received or postmarked by the last day of February will lose their dock/slip in the program. A one-time exception to the late submission of the license application will be given to license holders who miss the deadline and turn in their application by March 15th.  A $100.00 late fee will be charged in addition to the license fee.  There are no exceptions to this.

Abutting dock sites
These are residents whose home abuts the commons lakeshore. Residents who submit their renewal applications on and after March 1 will be subject to a $50.00 per month late fee. 

Note: New abutting residents should contact City Hall and complete their application as soon as they move into their home (if after the end of February) to avoid the late fee.

*Important Note: Private postage meters will not be used as proof of a timely mailing.

WAITING LIST APPLICANTS

New (1st time) applications: 
Applications are only accepted from January 1 through the end of February.  There are no exceptions to this.

Renewal Waiting List applications:  
Applications are only accepted from January 1 through the end of February. The applications must be completed and either submitted to City Hall or US Post Office postmarked by the last day in February.  If the application is late you will be removed from the waiting list. There are no exceptions to this.
