Mound Utility Billing (UB) has been managed by OPUS21 Management Solutions since 2013. This has allowed the City to significantly streamline City Hall operations and reduce full-time staff, although significant oversight is still provided by the Finance Department and service calls are performed by our Public Works staff.

Billing Cycles. The City bills commercial accounts monthly and residential accounts quarterly based on the following rotation:
Three Points-Dutch Lake-Post Office Area (North Mound)
Billed March, June, September and December (due the 15th of the following month)
Highlands, Bartlett Area (Middle Mound)
Billed January, April, July and October (due 15th of the following month)
Island Park Area (South Mound)
Billed February, May, August and November (due 15th of the following month)
