Surfside Depot Party Rental

Depot Building

The Surfside Park Depot is a popular community building available for celebrations such as grad parties, birthdays and showers.

To reserve a date, please submit a completed Rental Agreement Application and the Rental Fee.

Damage and Key deposits are not required until you pick up the key for your event.

Depot Rental Rates & Fees

  • Mound Residents - October – April                 $125.00/day
  • Mound Residents - May – September            $150.00/day   
  • Non-residents/non-local non-profits               $350.00/day 
  • Local non-profits                                              $100.00/day
  • Damage deposit                                               $350.00 (damage deposit) plus $50.00 cash (key deposit)
  • Cancellation fee                                                $50.00
