As Spring rolls around the corner, the City of Mound begins preparing for Spring and Summer road construction projects. Road reconstruction and utility projects work to improve driving conditions and water quality. The City uses seal coating, patching and mill and overlay techniques to greatly extend pavement life, along with complete reconstruction when roads are deteriorated beyond maintenance.
