City ManagerThe City of Mound operates as a Plan B form of statutory city government, which is a City Council-City Manager form of government. Under this model, the elected City Council consists of the Mayor and four Councilmembers. All policy and legislative decisions are made by the City Council.
The City Council appoints the City Manager. The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the city and is responsible for the supervision of all departments and divisions of city administrations except where otherwise provided by law.
