Request for Qualifications Issued

The City of Mound is seeking qualified firms to respond to a request for qualifications for strategic planning facilitation and a citywide long range financial plan. Preference will be given to those submittals demonstrating experience in providing similar services to other municipal government entities and ability to devote sufficient resources to completing the process in a timely matter. There is an option to separate the two objectives in the proposals based on a firm’s expertise.  The relationship would be on a consulting or contractual basis beginning in July of 2023.
