Invoice Cloud is an new online payment solution platform that is now available for City of Mound utility billing customers!

Invoice Cloud is the City's new online billing and payment solution system that will provide residents/customers with a modern, seamless, and enhanced customer service experience. The new system provides users with the ability to take advantage of multiple payment options (more than what is currently offered), online bill history, paperless billing, real-time balances, and more. 

Registration by creating an account is not required, however, by doing so, residents/customers may enjoy the full service benefits of doing so. Customers still have the ability to make one-time payments without registering. 

Residents/Customers will:

  • Have the option for one-time payments or the ability to set up reoccurring automatic payments. 
  • Have access to up to 24 months worth of usage and billing data (when they create an online account). 
  • Have access to a 24/7 phone payment option.
  • Be able to set up notifications and receive payment confirmation via email or text. 
  • Be able to choose to receive and view their bills electronically or by paper option by mail (default option).
  • Have more online payment options including credit/debit card, e-check, and other digital payment options.

Autopay -
The ability to automatically pay the invoice amount on the due date.

Recurring Scheduled Payments -
The ability to set up a schedule to pay a fixed amount of the invoice balance on a specific day of the month.
