Theme for Mound
A question has been raised about the "theme" of redevelopment
in the new downtown. The design guidelines developed by the City in the
early 1990's reflect the historical hotel design of the Lake Minnetonka
area. To date, developers and builders have been very receptive to
adopting this theme in their design and will become apparent as the
redevelopment begins to take form.
