620.00 Electric Utility Franchise. Appendix C of the Mound City Code is the Mound Electric Utility Franchise Ordinance in effect at the time of the adoption of the Mound City Code. Appendix C is part of the Mound City Code and is confirmed as the electric utility franchise ordinance of the City of Mound as if set out in full in this Section 620.
