Section 480 – RESTAURANTS, CAFES AND PUBLIC EATING HOUSES

480.05 License Required. All Restaurants, Cafes, and Public Eating Houses shall secure a license to operate, from the City, which license shall run for one year, and be signed by the City Clerk. The license fee shall be established in accordance with the provisions of Section 500 of the City Code, and such license shall expire annually on April 30. (ORD. 01-2001, 2/25/01)
