Section 475 – RACE TRACKS
475.05 Race Tracks Prohibited. Within the City, no person shall establish or maintain any automobile or motorized watercraft race track, park raceway or course; or conduct, have, or permit automobile or motorized watercraft racing at any such race track, park raceway, or course, whether or not an admission fee is charged.
