Section 472 - PARADES
472.05 Parade Permit Required. The streets in the City of Mound shall be kept free and clear of all obstructions and encroachments, for the use of the public, and not parade, civic or military, with or without band of other music, and not public gathering or meeting of any kind for any purpose, and no beating of drum or drums, or playing of any instrument or instruments of any kind tending to the obstruction thereof, or gathering of crowds of people thereon, shall be permitted upon the public streets or public grounds of said City except with a written permit therefor being first obtained from the City Council. The fee for such permit shall be established in accordance with the provisions of Section 500 of the City Code.
