Section 470 - GAMBLING
470.01 Purpose. The purpose of this Section 470 is to regulate and control the conduct of certain gambling activities pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 349.
470.05 Provisions of State Law Adopted. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 349, are adopted and made a part of this Code as if set out in full.
