MOUND CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

DECEMBER 12, 2006

The City Council of the City of Mound, Hennepin County, Minnesota, met in special session on Tuesday, December 12, 2006, at 7:10 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall.

Members present:  Mayor Pat Meisel; Councilmembers David Osmek, Bob Brown, Mike Specht and John Beise.

Others Present: City Attorney Mary Tietjen, City Manager Kandis Hanson, City Clerk Bonnie Ritter, Community Development Director Sarah Smith, Public Works Superintendent Carlton Moore.

1.  Open meeting

Mayor Meisel called the meeting to order at 7:14 p.m.

2.  Consideration of settlement with Buffalo Bituminous regarding 2005 Street Reconstruction project

Mary  Tietjen explained that the Council would be going into executive session to have discussion client/attorney privileged information with legal counsel to consider possible settlement on a disputed claim with the contractor on the 2005 Street Project. 

3.  Adjourn

MOTION by Osmek, seconded by Specht to adjourn at 7:25 pm.  All voted in favor. Motion carried.
